Futario Clothing: Scam or Legit? Reviews and Refund Problems Investigated

By Thomas Orsolya10 min read

Futario’s vintage-style outfits are easy to picture in your wardrobe. A dramatic blouse or tailored-looking coat can make an unfamiliar shop feel worth trying.

Before paying for that first order, take a closer look at what happens between the product photograph, the delivery promise and the return request.

Futario Trustpilot warning stating its rating is unavailable after a guideline breach and removal of fake reviews

Overview

Futario sells clothing, but delivery isn’t the only question

Futario.com sells dresses, blouses, knitwear and outerwear. The coordinated styling resembles a specialist fashion shop, rather than an anonymous clearance page.

Advertisements

The important question isn’t simply whether a parcel can arrive. It’s whether the clothes match their presentation and whether an unsatisfactory order can be resolved economically.

Advertisements

A blouse costing around $100 deserves more scrutiny than a vague promise that support will help if anything goes wrong.

Read beyond the stars

Trustpilot withholds Futario’s rating after a guideline breach and says it removed fake reviews.

Use a review to answer a practical question: did the right garment arrive, was it wearable, and did the agreed remedy actually happen?

  • The profile contains 946 reviews, with about 59% rated one-star.
  • Keep item-by-item records of any missing or unsuitable clothing.
  • Calculate what a return would leave you with, not just what the clothing costs.
  • Contact information points to China, while the return address must be obtained separately from support.

Is Futario clothing legit enough to recommend?

Do not order through this offer. A convincing photograph is not enough reason to accept the unresolved purchase risks described below.

Keep each item separate when assessing an order. A delivered blouse does not settle a missing coat, and a fit complaint needs different evidence from non-delivery.

If you already paid, there are practical routes forward. Match your request to the actual problem, keep the relevant evidence and act before the applicable deadlines.

Futario Reviews: Read the Detail Behind the Warning

Missing goods and unsuitable replacements are different problems

In an August 2026 Trustpilot review, Natalie Ciminero described receiving two of three garments, sizing problems and ultimately only a partial refund.

Negin’s July review describes an unfilled order and an eventual refund after a stock dispute.

Other reviewers describe delivered clothes and helpful exchanges. Those successes sit alongside, not in place of, the platform warning.

A reply is not the same as a completed resolution

Futario replies often point customers to support@futario.com. An invitation to email isn’t an issued refund.

Advertisements

A useful response should answer the actual request: where the missing item is, whether a return is approved, or when the promised repayment will appear.

Repeated invitations to contact support are less informative than a documented outcome. Look for follow-up details rather than counting replies as successful refunds.

If two parcels carry different tracking numbers, keep separate delivery records. A closed tracking entry for one box does not account for an item never packed.

Keep the complaint tied to what you can show

For a fit problem, compare the ordered size, the listing measurements and the delivered garment. A photograph of the label alone may miss the actual discrepancy.

For fabric or construction concerns, show the label, seams, fastenings and the relevant listing description together. Describe the visible mismatch rather than guessing at hidden materials.

For missing goods, preserve the packing slip and contents of the parcel. Ask the seller to identify the outstanding item, not merely repeat that something was delivered.

How a Futario Order Can Become a Difficult Return

Step 1: The product presentation sets a premium expectation

The storefront sells a recognizable style rather than a random collection of clearance goods. Retro detailing, textured fabrics and fitted silhouettes do much of the persuading.

Prices can be significant. Examples include a faux-layered knit blouse at $109.95 and a herringbone-style fitted blazer at $136.95.

At that level, check the exact composition, construction and garment measurements. A design that looks structured in a photograph may fit differently in person.

Compare garment measurements with a piece you already own, not just your usual letter size. Photograph the comparison if the supplied dimensions are materially different.

Advertisements

Save the original listing before checkout. If the delivered piece differs materially, that saved description is more useful than remembering that it looked premium.

Advertisements

Step 2: A ready-to-ship label changes the delivery expectation

The homepage promotes 24-hour dispatch. Elsewhere, shipping terms describe a normal preparation period of one to five business days.

The distinction is which item you select. A ready-to-ship collection is not a promise that everything in the wider catalog will leave the warehouse tomorrow.

The policy says customers will be contacted when stock is unavailable and that available items in a multi-item order may ship first.

For an outfit needed on a particular date, get confirmation for every component. Receiving the top without the matching bottom may still leave the order unusable.

Advertisements

Ask whether the reply covers the missing garment or only the parcel already sent. Otherwise, reassurance about shipment can leave the real shortage unanswered.

Step 3: Shipping time is added to preparation time

The U.S. transport estimate is seven to 10 business days, after processing. The shipping page lists different estimates for other destinations.

Advertisements

Free standard shipping is advertised above $99. Below that threshold, the page lists charges of $9.90 or $11.90 depending on order value.

Compare the complete bill, not simply the garment price. Delivery charges may become sunk costs if you later decide to return something.

An order confirmation only confirms the transaction. Track carrier acceptance and movement before assuming a time-sensitive delivery is progressing as expected.

Advertisements

Step 4: A short inspection window starts when tracking says delivered

The return page gives 24 hours to report defective, damaged or wrong items, and 14 days from recorded delivery for general return applications.

Those conditions make leaving a parcel unopened risky. Inspect the clothing promptly, including its size, seams, labels and whether all ordered items arrived.

Write down the carrier’s delivery date even if you opened the package later. Keep the notification together with your first dated message to support.

Returns require unused garments, attached tags and preserved packaging. Inspect before washing, altering or removing anything.

Advertisements

These are the retailer’s stated conditions, not a complete account of consumer law. A short reporting requirement does not automatically erase applicable rights for defective goods.

Advertisements

Step 5: Return expenses make a reduced settlement tempting

Buyers pay return shipping, tax and customs; support supplies the authorized destination.

That makes the address financially important. A costly international return can leave you choosing between paying more to send the garment back and accepting less money.

Calculate both options before agreeing. A partial repayment may be convenient, but it still means paying for an item that failed to meet your needs.

For illustration, returning a $109.95 blouse at a postage cost of $30 would leave $79.95 before other deductions. That is a hypothetical comparison, not a shipping quotation.

If a keep-the-item settlement instead returned 20%, you would recover $21.99. The other $87.96 would remain spent, even though the garment stayed with you.

Obtain an actual carrier quote for the authorized destination. A proposed percentage can look more attractive than it really is when nobody states the amount.

Don’t assume every customer receives the same percentage offer. The individual settlement and the reason for the return need to be put in writing.

If several garments share one return parcel, ask how each refund will be calculated. One approved address does not necessarily mean every item has been accepted.

Company, Contact, and Return-Address Checks

Which business is actually taking your payment?

Futario’s terms describe transactions processed by different entities depending on the country code on the payment page or statement, giving HK and UK as examples.

There is a FUTARIO ECOMMERCE LTD on the UK Companies House register, number 15763510, incorporated June 5, 2024.

The register lists it as active, with a registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF.

Verisign dates futario.com’s registration to April 23, 2024. That is the domain’s history, separate from the company’s incorporation and from the quality of an individual order.

A matching company name isn’t enough to assign every website transaction to that entity. Check the legal seller identified on your own receipt.

The published China contact is not a return authorization

The contact page lists +86 13759939452, support@futario.com and a Room 521 address in a building on Nanguanzheng Street in Xi’an, Shaanxi, China.

Advertisements

It specifically says that address is not for returns. Sending a parcel there without instructions could create another problem rather than solve the first one.

Chinese contact details establish what the retailer publishes. They don’t identify the factory that made every garment or authenticate an address supplied later for a return.

Policy wording needs to match the merchant you ordered from

The payment-methods page contains an alohahoo.com reference inside its explanation of PayPal. The surrounding page is branded Futario.

Advertisements

That leftover name makes the payment explanation less reassuring. Check the merchant on your actual payment record instead of assuming every line describes Futario.

Tie a deadline in support’s answer to a concrete event, such as return receipt, inspection or the date a refund was issued.

The returns page gives three business days after inspection and 48 hours for PayPal. The payment page gives five to eight business days.

Those are the seller’s estimates, not proof of an issued refund. Request confirmation that the repayment has actually been initiated, rather than another general timeframe.

Support must provide the missing practical details

The site offers live chat and email rather than no contact at all. Its contact page publishes Eastern Time chat windows and a telephone number.

You still need the full return destination, authorization, expected postage and refund amount. A company-registration address cannot substitute for a warehouse’s receiving instructions.

Keep separate amounts for missing items, unsuitable items and repayments already received. That makes a mixed order understandable when support transfers the conversation to someone else.

Our Charmfay and Cowgirl Elf investigations show why product promises and the route back to a seller deserve separate checks.

Don’t Let a Short Store Policy End the Conversation

Where UK consumer protections cover the purchase, GOV.UK’s returns guidance distinguishes faulty goods from an ordinary change of mind.

It also explains cancellation rights for many online orders. A retailer cannot necessarily reduce those rights by writing a shorter deadline into its own page.

Jurisdiction and exceptions matter, and an overseas dispute can be harder to enforce. Explain the transaction accurately instead of treating the policy as your only option.

Our Vvcloth investigation covers another clothing seller where the precise return conditions matter. A delivered parcel doesn’t answer every question about an order.

What to Do If You Ordered Futario Clothing

  1. Record what the seller promised for each item. Keep the description, price, size chart, stock label and delivery estimate alongside your confirmation.

Request cancellation immediately: the policy offers 24 hours free, only while the order remains unshipped.

  2. Check every garment as soon as it arrives. Photograph the parcel label, contents and any defects before removing tags or changing the clothing.

For a measurement dispute, show the actual dimensions beside the size chart. For a missing item, list what arrived and what remains outstanding.

  3. Ask for the remedy rather than an open-ended conversation. State whether you need a missing item, cancellation, replacement or repayment.

Email support@futario.com and keep chat transcripts. Reference the order number, the problem and the amount in dispute.

For a partly delivered order, ask whether a proposed payment covers the absent item, the fit problem or both. One vague total can conceal an unresolved part.

  4. Get approval before spending money on a return. Request the exact address, required paperwork, tracking standard and responsibility for postage or customs charges.

Compare a partial settlement with the money you would actually recover after returning. Don’t agree until you understand whether the offer closes the complaint.

  5. Use your payment provider if the issue remains unresolved. Describe missing goods, misdescription or a promised refund not received accurately.

For U.S. credit cards, CFPB guidance sets a written billing-error notice deadline: 60 calendar days after your first statement that includes the disputed charge.

Other protections depend on the payment method and location. Ask your provider for the applicable route and deadline instead of waiting indefinitely for seller updates.

  6. Verify that the agreed refund arrives. Ask for its amount, currency, original payment method and processing date. Keep the approval message.

If you receive only part of the promised amount, provide that record to the merchant and payment provider. Account for any repayment already received.

Check the credit against the promised currency and amount, not just the notification. Keep the original charge visible so an unexplained remaining balance can be identified.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Futario clothing legit?

We don’t recommend ordering. If you want this style, use a retailer whose product details and return process you can assess before payment.

Why doesn’t Futario have a Trustpilot rating?

Trustpilot cites a guideline breach and fake-review removals. It withholds the public rating, rather than identifying which remaining reviews are reliable.

Is Futario a UK company or a Chinese store?

A UK company with the matching name exists, while the site publishes a China contact and country-dependent transaction terms. Your receipt should identify your actual seller.

Can I return Futario clothes that don’t fit?

Apply within 14 days of recorded delivery, with unused clothing, tags and authorization. Confirm the destination and your return cost before posting.

Will ready-to-ship items arrive within 24 hours?

No. The promotion concerns dispatch of in-stock styles, not delivery to your door. Processing, transport and any stock issue need to be considered separately.

Should I accept a partial refund from Futario?

Only after comparing the proposed repayment with an authorized return and any applicable rights. Get the settlement terms in writing before treating the matter as resolved.

The Bottom Line

Skip Futario. The review-platform warning and buyer-paid returns are a poor trade for a premium-looking outfit.

If you’ve already ordered, focus on the exact delivery or product problem, obtain written instructions and preserve your payment-provider deadlines. Don’t let repeated correspondence replace a resolution.
