Tried it and even had a support contact with them through email.
It's just not stable on my laptop.
After every reboot or cold boot, I had to login manually again.
Uninstalled.
It doesn't really help without paying a subscription.
Better off using exploit guard and keep windows up to date .
Who knows if 0patch micro patches will cause stability issues.

That's my thinking too. Windows 10 is so much more secure than Windows 7 (thanks to Exploit Guard, etc.) that I don't think 0patch would be very useful on 10.

But it can be useful for outdated windows versions like XP/Vista .
But probably Less to windows 7 thanks to extended security updates(as long as you receive them )
