Oh great.... another bad product from iObit...

Have to agree here, many bad criticisms of IOBit I have heard.

As I'm running a 30 day trial of Shadow Defender, I thought its a good opportunity to test it out. Here is my experience installing IOBit Drive Booster Pro:

1. Emsisoft Anti Malware blocked IOBit Drive Booster Pro automatically! I could only install it by excluding it first in EAM:

2. Default install would like you to install many toolbars:

Better to try the custom install and untick all the boxes:

But, watch out, more tricks! o_O

And, many people also don't trust this:

After all that, who would want to trust this software!!!

I will report back how my experiences with IOBit Drive Booster Pro installed :p

View attachment 9677 Drive Booster Pro has found many out-of-date drivers:

Cannot try it out as I have to reboot for driver updates to take effect:

Hey Illumination, what SiteCheck software is that? Looks a bit more powerful than WOT:

My final verdict: uninstalling (and chuck in the garbage can) :)
