Protection wise (0-days), it's still struggling, however there should be some more HUB tests to judge credible.

As for the GDPR, I do not really follow that, I did not check the (maybe) updated SBT. You might get the best possible privacy from F-Secure. You can opt out from anonymous data submission and even sample submission (but in Q360, too). The option to delete cookies is new in Q360 TS.
