They have at-least several hundred thousand customers from areas like China currently. However, I personally think that they have millions of current and active installations from areas like China and close-countries alone.

Qihoo are pretty much the most popular vendor in their country of origin and friends of their country of origin. And a huge portion of the earth's human population allegedly exists in their country of origin and friends of their country of origin alone.
