Not sure why quihoo didn't recognise most of those file as threats, but it only said they were unknown. Maybe they had problems with their cloud or QVM engine?

I think so, because i dont change any settings (default) at 0:20

I noticed the same issue on my system yesterday. QVM engine seems not working good. A lot of files that are unknown on my system are flagged by QVM on virus total.

Really bad, because QVM is the main and strongest engine of quihoo

the only reason I don't use Qihoo is because, I think its very inconsistent as a AVsoftware. time to time their protection lack.
they have to mature more the product and make it more consistent.

Hopefully they will get better in future- more consistent
