Use sleep instead of shutdown

I would agree that sleep mode would not drain much battery and could restore the system faster.

However for anyone concern with no problems for speed and barely used the laptop/PC then shutdown is the must since everything will be off, the battery meter will be same at all and temperature would be in constant to avoid overheat.

If you are one of the few who still have little HDD space, Do note that the hibernation file created for sleep mode can be up to 2GB in size or more.
