Consider updating KIS 2016 to KIS 2017
You can just use MBAM Premium as an on demand scanner(KIS is more than enough)but it won't effect anything by leaving real time protection.
Consider a couple browser extensions such as HTTPS Everywhere & uBlock Origin.
