First thing is to enable UAC.
Consider a Password Manager.
CCleaner and or Privazer are more than enough.
Once UAC is enabled your config will be good.Thanks for sharing it with us
UAC!! It may be annoying when you try to run software that requires elevated privileges, but it's there for a good reason - Malware's like a fat kid and you're giving the fat kid the keys to the sweet shop if you have it disabled
I have to concur with the others that UAC should be enabled, as right now, your allowing everything that runs on the system full admin rights. Other then this, config looks great.
