I would highly recommend enabling UAC to default or above. Thanks for sharing. 
no UAC? so you are at risk of a malware gaining high privileges.

First thing is to enable UAC.
Consider a Password Manager.
CCleaner and or Privazer are more than enough.
Once UAC is enabled your config will be good.Thanks for sharing it with us

UAC!! It may be annoying when you try to run software that requires elevated privileges, but it's there for a good reason - Malware's like a fat kid and you're giving the fat kid the keys to the sweet shop if you have it disabled

As much as I dislike UAC, I have to agree to enable UAC and you should be fine

I would also recommend to set UAC to default or higher. At second I would recommend to remove half of your system ruining tools
I have to concur with the others that UAC should be enabled, as right now, your allowing everything that runs on the system full admin rights. Other then this, config looks great.
