Access all Configuration/Settings in Windows 7

Copy and paste the following text into Notepad. Name the file "godmodes.bat" and save it on your hard drive in the location where you would like the folders to be. Running this script will create a new folder called Special Folders that will contain all of the developer shortcut folders. Also, you could rename the new folder anything you'd like other than "Special Folders"

You can also try by making the folder on desktop and rename to speific option u want e.g create folder on desktop and just rename it to "Icons And Notifications.{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9}" without quotes and press Enter.

I agree with Umbra, as in the posting

I remember hearing about that tweak about 2 years ago, but it's only to be used by experienced users! Because it can make your machine UN user Friendly when it comes to checking out the GodMode.
