I had an issue with a false positive on a retail site using their Chrome browser extension so I submitted a support request yesterday, and today (on Saturday) I received a response thanking me for reporting it and that they have removed the domain from their lists. That's excellent customer service and thought it should be recognized, particularly for a free product.</p></blockquote><p></p>
