I'm using Adguard for windows. I have to turn on the HTTPS filter because I can't access any HTTPS site, google.com, Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions, etc... on Firefox, Ice Dragon, but Chrome is OK. Why? It just happen when I reinstall Win 8.1 pro and upgrade to Win 10, the Adguard configuration is just similar to the last time I use it. All of software is up to date. Can anyone help me please?
