"Advanced" tab on Hitman Pro--I need help

I have a license for Hitman Pro. Upon bringing it up twice, I find that the Advanced tab is messed up as you see below.

Despite what you see on the download page, there is no User Manual made available.

Could someone post a good screenshot of the Advanced tab on the current Hitman Pro? Any advice you have about it would also be welcome.

Here is how the Advanced tab should look like:

You are running HitmanPro on a Windows XP machine, right? Is this on a VM or on a PC? Did you try to change the resolution of the screen?

Yes, it's an XP. It's PC not VM. I didn't try to change the resolution of the screen.

After reading a number of sources I think I will enable Early Warning Scoring.

I saw that they got rid of Kickstart at the latest update. They were touting it as a really great product, so why would they get rid of it?

Is there anyplace you can still download Kickstart from? When I bought HitmanPro I was planning on putting that on a flash drive, but I never got around to it.
