Hello recently someone I know signed up to a jobs/CV site, and unbeknown to them that site passed on their details to various other sites. Now they receive a daily emails and spam mobile texts, and blocking emails and numbers have become a nuisance. Changing their email and number would be a last resort.
Is there any advice you can suggest, or links to help?
Much appreciated, as I know a spam problem is a huge and very annoying headache for many people.
