I remote installed this on a client's machine as part of the "Microsoft" rogue virus warning removal set. It found 49 threats. When I told it to clean it hung the computer. Did this twice. Both times I had run RKill to turn off anything that would block cleanup soft ware from running. Anyone else have this experience? More importantly, anyone know how to remedy this situation?
