Today I was affected by GANDCRAB V5.0.4 ransomware. I looked to decrypt it by some software. But I didn't find any. Can someone help me.

I can't help you with this. If that website says there is no decryption method, then all you can do is to backup encrypted files and to wait until decryption tool is released which can take months or years.
