Now, three major cybersecurity companies, PT (Positive Technologies), Arcon, and Sangfor, from Russia, India, and China, respectively, have accepted the conditions of the AFTA Strategic Management Center to operate in Iran, and all three companies have introduced their official domestic legal representative to this center.
Later in a news the conditions for companies to be able to do business in Iran mentioned as:
1. Official letter of introduction from the manufacturers of these products
2. Notarized commitment letter on the requirements for providing foreign products, systems and platforms in the field of information and communications security
3. Valid certificate in the direction of securing and strengthening systems, infrastructures and services
based on the latest news these companies are allowed for Iran executive agensices with critical infrastructure :
Arcon , C-Prot , Kaspersky , Sangfor

Based on what was the conditions for companies to do business with Iran executive agencies, Iran must have received an Official letter of introduction from the Kaspersky HQ and also a commitment letter. this is while Iran is not yet mentioned in the list of countries that Kaspersky sell it's services to, in "locate a reseller/partner" page of Kasersky website.
