Potential Improvements & Risks

User Access Control: Always Notfiy (Maximum)
- If you find the UAC prompts overly intrusive for general use, revert to Default settings. It's advised to not disable UAC.

Participate in Malware Hub: On my Host PC
- Major risk to your computer, including other networked devices and potential Data/ID-theft.

Real-time Malware Protection: Zemana Antilogger
- Cloud-based security may not fully function offline, therefore I recommend enable Windows Defender's Limited Periodic Scanning.

Pretty nice, you should add Norton Power Eraser in on demand scanner for higher sensitivity rootkit scans, and like everybody said you should do av testing on a vm.
Also I would add Ublock Origin in Mozilla for ad blocking and extra security for your browser!.
