I would love some help with some decent system backup software

Replace adblocker with UblockOrigin, add HTTPS Everywhere. AOMEI is a free back up tool, i suggest you to use it.
User Access Control set it to max and you are protected!

Boost your security level by adding a backup plan.
Another tip can be Macrium Reflect free and paid.
The free edition is more than enough to create OS images to be saved on external media such as HDD, and so ransomware-free.

Why OS File Reputation disabled? Please enable it to avoid possible infections.

Please add ZAM Free, HTTPS Everywhere.

Please replace Adblock with uBlock Origin.

Add a good backup software, such as Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper.

Using a backup software such as AOMEI Backupper or Macrium Reflect (both offer a free solution)
Adding another on-demand scanner such as Emsisoft Emergency Kit or Zemana AntiMalware
Setting UAC to Always notify.

Are you updated to the latest Windows 10 stable build?
You should seriously consider some type of system & data backup solution.
Both Macrium Reflect and AOMEI Backupper offer good free programs.
You should enable Smartscreen.
Consider an additional on demand scanner(s)
Consider uBlock Origin in place of AdBlock

Go to settings>Privacy>General
