No, i think, this virus or that is this, change my DNS servers... I use SpyHunter and I got several times message "your DNS server were changed" I always click "Reset" but then a message came out again after some time...

SpyHunter is not a reputable tool and you should not believe what it says. If you reinstalled your system from scratch no malware can survive that. Are you sure you did a factory reset of your modem correctly?
