Anyone ever heard of these folks. Looks like they are using the Bitdefender engine.
WOT gives them a red flag but there are some good comments, as well.
They are also listed as a trusted partner by Microsoft.

Hi!

You can find some useful things in bitdefender forum, I wrote there about this security suite. I hope Crisi(root admin - bitdefender forum) don't delete these topics.

Have a nice day!

Sometimes having Microsoft Certified partner badge can be misleading since its background status were known suspicious.

Must must enter your phone number to download the free version.

Something I would not be comfortable doing since info about this company doesn't look very good. They do not offer trial versions for testing, you just have to buy their products to see how they will perform.

Thanks.:D

Did MYFreeAntivirus rebrand CA products? And did they not have a CA scanning engine in the past?
I am not sure but they sound familiar, as being one of those rogue programs in the past.
Anyway it seems they changed things around for the better, the only thing i must admit which is more then suspicious is the insane amount of reviews, while major review sites class them as being way below average.
Personally i think this is another leech your money out of the pocket company.

n.nvt: Your correct, MyFreeAntivirus used Total Defense rebranded product (formerly CA) and switched for Bitdefender as current.
