Here are the latest info about Antivirus software and what engine they use:

* VirusBuster engine now owned by Agnitum
** Frisk now owned Cyren (Commtouch)
*** ThreatTrack - renamed GFI VIPRE engine

Update (10/30/2015):
- In Tencent PC Manager Avira engine was replaced in the Bitdefender.

Mostly Bitdefender is used, but Bitdefender is one of the most vulnerable engines out there as well.......

I just download offline installer Baidu from their site (Baidu Antivirus 5.0) and installed on my PC, think I see Avira...

STRANGE????...after Baidu did an update, Avira engine is gone!?!?

Hmm.... Well with Bitdefender engine all of those products will increase the detection rates up to 90% which why Norman that perform mediocre is helped to revive with BD signatures.*

No wonder you can have a license engine from them easily without any circumstances.
