Anybody used SafeIP ?

Did anybody use SafeIP http://www.freesafeip.com/ ?
Lifehacker wrote about it today. I wonder if it can replace a VPN service..

Heard of it a couple weeks ago, But there is little to no information on who runs the service, for that reason I cannot trust it.

I'll stick to CyberGhost.

Because all VPN are does same functions and features, they varied on browsing response since using a proxy IP far or nearer from your original itself.

I used it and using it now. It got whitelisted by Comodo.

It's a basic IP protection tool. Try it. But in terms of replacing the VPN service I'm not so sure.

I've used their free Web Proxy for a couple of days (as a temp. measure) and with no problems, however, the URLs do expire.

If after 2-3 days without answer, I would ditch it already. It is not like they are so popular that they have hundreds of tickets.
