Hi All, I'd like to confirm that this is working, early September.

First of all downloaded and ran in Sandboxie-Plus. You have to click on the link to get an 'Offline Code', from the Aomei (verified) site. All good.

I'd just been running a backup with the regular edition, after my old 'Pro' licence expired. Std edition seems to take forever, so very appreciative as I'm not able to afford the Lifetime Licence.

Many thanks @Brownie2019

I create images and put them back every week, and I use AOMEI Backupper Professional. It has never failed me, no problems so I can really recommend this to Windows users.

I have two questions:
1- is there anyway to know how much time is left on the license or when it will expire?
2- If I make differential backups with this , can I still restore them if the license has expired using the free version?

I have a couple of 'lifetime' licences for AOMEI, I did have restore issues which is why I moved to Macrium - This was maybe three years ago so maybe things have been sorted? I use Hasleo as a sort of backup since Macrium went to X & some had problems - I'll give AOMEI a whirl & see what happens

To be honest I would prefer to go with Macrium, I wish I had got myself a 8.1 license, because I had few times some trouble restoring with AOMEI.
But I will certainly not go for a subscription solution. So my choices right now are, the old abandoned Free Macrium v8.0.7783 OR the free version of AOMEI
and after installing it today I was so disappointed with the intrusive ads covering the hole software screen that I uninstalled it right away! The promotion key is
of course very nice. But I don't want to become dependent on a software that I don't own and to find myself in trouble after the promo expires. If ever you have
a spare lifetime key I would be REALLY grateful for it!

Hasleo is a highly recommended backup software and it is free , because of the Macrium debacle I am testing it now. I ran a backup and it backed up my system just as fast as Macrium, you might want to give it a try.

Thanks a lot Dark Knight, I will certainly give it a try. I use my PC mostly for music and I have my DAW and many virtual instruments and effects which all take long time to install and need a lot of customization. That's why I really need a reliable backup solution. Lately the main music software I use (Studio One) took also the subscription way. I really can't afford to make multiple subs for different software. If not I would have got Macrium as I believe it's the most reliable.
