From SparkInDark:

Ashampoo Anti Malware is a combination of Ashampoo AntiSpyware and Ashampoo Antivirus. It protects your PC and data from external threats and blocks viruses, trojans, worms, malware, rootkits, bots, spyware and adware efficiently without putting so much as a strain on your computer’s performance. In addition, the software offers a variety of security tools. It has two integrated engines to work efficiently. The OnAccess gaurd offers maximum protection during any File being executed or is about to get copied to the system. It also makes use of “Heuristic Analysis” to detect unknown threats. Rootkit Detector is improved to protect against the invisible threats. The Real time protection is enabled which can detect and block the browser helper objects, detect and block the unwanted Layered Service Provider installations, detects and blocks unwanted autostart entries, detects and blocks “Unapproved Active X installations“ and it displayes all the monitored objects during real time protection in an arranged manner.

It is based on EAM 5 and its dual AM engine, but lacks the BB [Mamutu] found in EAM, not sure about Surf Guard. Also, expect some impact on system performance. Depending on Ashampoo's licensing agreements with Emsisoft, they may update it to utilize the vastly improved in that regard EAM 6.

You get 180 days of definition updates.

:p
even for a year or a lifetime, I will NOT take it.
they did not have its own antivirus engine. so, I prefer to directly to use EAM 6.
