Attach CD Video File to Outlook Email

I have a 15 minute video on a CD that I need to attach to an Outlook email. Is that a tedious process?

not in an outlook email. What it does it just attaches it for you with no upload then, it will just take a while to send depending on how fast your internet speed is.
