Wildcard characters (* and ?) can be used in name filters, such as *.TMP, WRD?????.DOC, *(?)*.TXT etc. Additionally, use -T, -D and -F directives in wildcard expressions to tag specific object types.

Track changes made to files and folders in realtime and get detailed information.

Failed actions are logged in the Reporting tab, but a more detailed view can be activated at any time to display a complete view of all activities. Old and new values of modifications are listed side by side for a comparision.

All logged activity can be exported into comma separated text files for further processing in a spreadsheet or to be archived.

• Attribute Changer 11.40 is ignoring the unchecked ‘Always display Processing Report’ setting under some circumstances, and users needed to click twice on the OK button to close the application.
• Using the Apply button always triggered the processing report to be displayed, even if the setting has been unchecked.
• The regression has been fixed in the maintenance release 11.40a of Attribute Changer.
