Sound doesn't work

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

I scanned my laptop but get no infections
I have Realtek high definition audio

If someone can help I don't want to format my laptop for trouble like this

I uninstalled and reinstall my driver but still the same problem
I made a new restoration and it works thank you to all of the helpers
