Auslogics Disk Defrag (free) junk files

Windows 10 64-bit

Periodically when I defrag, my size of junk files keep increasing more and more. I've used ccleaner, windows disk cleanup, Run command %TEMP% to try to reduce the size to no avail. Does anyone have any other means of reducing the size? Why does the size keep getting bigger.
