TL: DR Recent update to Avast's File System Shield causes freezing problems for Overwatch (and Discord). Disabling the shield lets Overwatch run just fine.

Never played/downloaded Overwatch so I wouldn't know for that. Use Discord frequently and zero problems with that.

Yeah me neither, Overwatch is not my cup of tea so to speak.
No issues here with Discord though
