Advice Request AVG update problem?

my AVG IS says it was updated 15 hours ago. I contacted the support and they said everything seems fine . Is this normal behavior? Is it safe ? While all other av products i am using including avast update every 3 or 4 hours . My license expires in 2019 and i don't want to ditch my license

This would be a update package (release time, 15 hours) there should be also streaming updates, when you take a look in AVG folder (defs)
