I think you should create a system image with a software such as Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper, both have a free and reliable version you could use.:)
Add ondemand scanner like Emsisoft Emergency kit or Hitman pro.
Add ublock Origin and remove Adblock plus.
If you using free Antivirus i would like to recommend you Avast Free anti-virus.

Turn on user account control and set it to max! Replace glary malware hunter with malwarebytes anti malware , hitman pro and emsisoft emergency kit. Never ever test out live malware samples on your host pc! Use imaging software like deepfreez , shadow defender or timefreeze to do this. What antivirus are you using? Sinds you got infected 3 months ago. for free protection: avast free in maximum hardened mode and comodo firewall with cruelsisters settings.

First and of the utmost importance is that you are never to test malware samples on your host PC.This should only be done in a virtual environment or a separate dedicated testing PC.
Next thing you need to do is enable UAC to at least the default setting but preferably max.
How were you infected in the last 3 months? Testing Malware samples?
I would strongly suggest implementing a good Antivirus program such as AVAST Free, etc. or a paid AV and or security suite and uninstalling Malware Hunter.
What 3rd Party Firewall are you using?
AVAST Free or similar plus Windows Firewall is a good free combination.
Consider adding an on demand scanner(s) such as those suggested already.
Replace AdBlock Plus with uBlock Origin and add HTTPS Everywhere to Firefox.
Make sure CCleaner is updated to the latest version.
Add some type of system & data backup solution as others have already suggested.
Important data should also be backed up to an external drive.
Thanks for sharing your config :)

You are definetely at risk.

UAC disabled, malware testing on your real machine, I'm not surprised you had an infection recently.

There are tons of free good AVs on the web (Kaspersky Free, Avira Free, Avast Free, Panda Free, why not choose one of them?)

Add ZAM Free and MalwareBytes and remove Glarysoft products.

Replace Adblock with uBlock Origin.

Add HTTPS Everywhere.

Follow suggestions about backups.

Thanks for sharing.

This is very, very unsafe, but you can fix it if you follow these 6 simple steps.

1) Enable UAC, set it to its max.

2) Allow auto-installs for updates

3) NEVER test malware on your host pc, either use a virtual machine or something like shadow defender

4) Replace adblock with uBlock Origin

5) Replace ghostery with Privacy Badger

6) Add backup software. I use macrium reflect

P.S What firewall are you using? And how are you using AVG? Your profile shows AVG as your main antivirus, but it isn't listed here.
