EA has confirmed the existence of Battlefield 4.
A banner on Origin, EA's digital distribution service, showcased a pre-order incentive for Medal of Honor: Warfighter. If players do pre-order the shooter, they'll gain "exclusive" access to the "Battlefield 4 Beta".
Responding to the banner on Origin, which has since been replaced with a Battlefield 3 Premium banner,
Battlefield's official Twitter account said:
Oh, that old bag, you'll want to stay tuned to the official Battlefield page for the real scoop.
The last Medal of Honor game's limited edition offered consumers access to the Battlefield 3 beta. As for its successor, we're assuming it's due for a launch next year (it would be inane to offer beta access for a title that releases more than a year later).
