I've used all of these with the exception of Avira. Norton claims to be a full password manager but with that company changing hands ever so frequently I really wonder how committed the new owners will be to consumer data security. I'd give rank 1 to 1PW and #2 to Dashlane with 3rd to Bitwarden solely on ease of use and for their family/noob friendly nature. Admit it, most don't have a family full of nerds. At least I dont. :) Dashlane uses Argon2 in their KDF, not PBKDF2 like the others. Password Boss and Sticky Password are at #4, both with lifetime subs. Keepass/KeepassXC is strictly for nerds. I exclude Enpass (life time subs) but I am concerned about the app's vulnerabilities. The last code audit was done AFAIK in 2019-20. No idea if these guys have worked on hardening the app post those findings. You can read more on their user forums. Currently use BW, 1PW but with backups/archives in Sticky Password, Password Boss and Keepass. Yes, I am concerned that one day these cloud PMs will cut off access to my data. On an aside I use Authy, Raivo OTP, 2FAS and Aegis on both Android and iOS just to be sure I never lose my 2FA tokens even if my device is lost or breaks down. :D
