Help!

I was running Bitdefender Disk Clean Up when i noticed it deleted a file in c:\recovery\customisation\usmt.ppkg. I did some research and realized it was a file that was needed for restoring a pc incase it gets messed up. I tried using recuva right away, but it can't seem to find it even with deep scan enabled. Can someone please tell me what i should do?

I don't have that file on my system maybe it contains your vendor's customizations made to the system (bloatware, drivers, etc) in case you restore your system through Settings app. Since I did a clean install on my laptop as soon as I get it I can't tell you.
