Bitdefender and port 80 noise

I like bitdefender but it really annoys me that its constantly calling out over port 80 to Romania... their support basically said don't worry about it.. its just analytic data

That may be the case, and I understand they are located in Romania but give me an opt out or something... until then its just all blocked by the firewall thanks

Well I can and I do... traffic is blocked so I just ignore it now but I hate that we don't have the option to turn it off... make me curious about if that violates some laws in some countries like the EU that are opt-out defaults
