1) Bitdefender Free Antivirus is not Cloud antivirus:
- is not itself a cloud
- use the cloud - only in Web protection - definitions are all stored locally
2) Bitdefender Free Antivirus disadvantages:
- cannot be set - is preset (not allow any change in settings)
- detected files are automatically placed in quarantine - they cannot be recovered
 
Bitdefender Free Antivirus is literally simple, no more configuration and to be considered as install and forget.
