Successfully installed "Bitdefender Total Security 2016" (win7 sp1 x86) and when I try to update with offline virus database from their official website, I've got this error...
"Runtime Error (at -1:0)
cannot import dll:C:\(temp directory)\sftldll.dll"

Already re-download update files several times but still the same.

Any solution to fix this?
Thank you so much :)

Run as administrator, try out the 64-bit version (even if your OS is 32 bit). Those are the steps I found on the forum:

1. Download this file (for 32bit operating systems)
http://download.bitd.../x86/weekly.exe

or

2.this file (for 64bit operating systems)
http://download.bitd.../x64/weekly.exe

Save it locally on your hard disk.
2. Double-click downloaded file to start the setup wizard.
3. Click Next to begin the installation process.
4. Check I accept the terms in the License Agreement and click Next.
5. Click Install to begin installing.
6. Click Finish to close the installation wizard.

You can always ask the support for help or post your problem on the bitdefender forum.

Both 32Bit and 64Bit return the same error :(

ps. Just made a live chat with them...
They said there's no way to update Bitdefender 2016 using offline DB file.
It has to be done online only.
But there's an offline download link provide?
And they said yes, but I have to install it online...

Umm... Ok?? o_O
