For an improved backup solution give either Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both have a free and reliable version.

Things I'd suggest:

• Set UAC to Always Notify
• Add a second opinion scanner such as Norton Power Eraser
• Add an ad blocker such as uBlock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere to your browser(s)
• Use a password manager such as KeePass, LastPass, Dashlane, etc. to generate and store unique passwords for all your accounts

I have left firefox in past for "some" reasons" but my number 1 addon was always Noscript, actually i dunno does it work still? Gurus abowe have good information/suggestions.

Yes NoScript still works. It was last updated on April 24th. Currently using and highly recommend.

What Ad Blocker do you use?
What Password Manager do you use? Consider a third Party manager
What do you use for a system & data backup?
Consider adding an on demand scanner(s).
Https & uBlock Origin to Firefox.
Please then edit your config as well as your AV on your profile page.

Why not extensions? You can add HTTPS Everywhere and uBlock Origin (which Adblocker you use at the moment?).

Please add a good backup solution, such as Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper.
