Only reason I reply to this post is that I had this also, a long time ago. When it comes to McAfee, one should use MCPR, maybe for more than one pass. If McAfee is removed via Control Panel, it often leaves a mess of remnants behind that conflict with other real time products. If still BSOD with just GDATA on system, you can try GDATA customer service, various phone numbers are on its website.
