@Bergo Maybe it is caused by network driver. While ago Comodo staff told me that the BSOD is caused by network device (modem) driver. Comodo Firewall worked well on Windows 7 but not worked on Windows 8.1 because Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 drivers differ greatly.

Kardo

Analyzing with Nirsoft Blue Screen View, in pink there are drivers that are causing the problem.
-cfospeed: try to uninstall it
-Eset: try uninstall and then reinstall after Comodo

Yikes... Hippieville! ...

So this conflict with HIPS installed was the issue? Or was it ESET's driver error?
eset driver error, in the past i had eset and comodo hips on and no problem so far, but it is nonsense to have them on (both).. however try to install comodo with hips off and also eset and see if that works.
