Why on earth do you want to use both? If you are concerned they (as a single product) will not offer the protection you are looking for, go for something like Kaspersky or ESET.

360 TS from Qihoo is all you need considering its a Cloud Engine + Qihoo Engine (built in) + Avira (signatures) + Bitdefender (signatures), why do you need another one?

It doesn't work in background, and no protection at all, so i don't recommend it 360 TS with default settings is very light.

Not recommended because they would conflict both antivirus software and can slow down your computer or cause problems within the operating system
