Your setup seems comprehensive, but it might be overkill which can slow down your browsing speed. Consider removing some redundant filters. For instance, "Ublock filters plus" is included in "Ublock default". Also, "Hagezi Ultimate" already covers a lot of what the other lists do. Try to keep it simple and efficient.

Yeah i just have an urge to add filters
It's not a good idea to stack filters into your ad blocker. First, it slows down your web browser, uBlock Origin and surfing experience. Second, using random filters you find on the web can decrease your level of security (there were cases were filters went rogue and broke websites on purpose, even modified elements of websites). And third, it really isn't necessary and could potentially break more websites.

For example, if you use Firefox and Enhanced Tracking Protection, it will block all of those crypto mining scripts so no need for NoCoin filter list. Also, no need for filter blocking 3rd party fonts; there's an option for that built into uBlock Origin.

Yeah i know, im using Microsoft edge with enhanced security and tracking prevention strict. With ublock
And i have remove the nocoin filter but the font filter says it has There are built-in exceptions to minimize site issues, such as allowing for font icons. Overall, it's more flexible than blocking all third-party fonts and Allows for Material Icons and WOFF fonts so i won't remove it for now.

So it's blocking fonts, but it makes exceptions for a few fonts?

Then what's the difference if it loads one font or five of them? It still has to connect to 3rd party CDN with fonts to load the exceptions.

To allow sites to load important fonts for visuals and blocking unnecessary ones

I'm sorry, I still don't understand. All fonts that are loaded on websites are loaded because website uses them. Why would developer of the website load bunch of fonts that aren't being used?

Adding bunch of fonts on website and not using them doesn't make any sense neither from developer's neither from user's perspective. It would only slow down website, and no one wants that.

  • Lack of coder knowledge
  • Poor coding practices
  • To solve or reduce browser cache loading issues
  • Flash of Unstyled Text
  • Others
It is this kind of crap that results in webpage/browser exploits.
