OK problem solve!!! I did some research online and saw few ppl with same problem. and what they did was; Method 1: Check the permissions on Internet Settings in registry a)Click on start button > type in regedit in the search box and hit enter b)Navigate to the location below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings c)Right Click on Internet Settings and select Permissions d)Ensure that your user profile has full control but that didn't solve the problem this did... Well, this computer I had was Windows 7 with IE 11, but I dove into the registry anyway. No luck. However, I did notice the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings -> ProxySettingsPerUser And it was set to 0 (Disabled). I set it to 1 and the problem went away. The yellow warning bar disappeared and I could adjust the proxy setting and make it stick. Given how many viruses create proxy servers, I’m surprised I haven’t seen this before… Hope this help others in the future and Thank you so much Sir your aewsome any recomendation to be protected of malwares?
