Can't get rid of Save on extension on Chrome

Hi, im having the same problem with "saveon"
i recently got a new pc but this thing only started a few days ago. Probably because i"m re installing new softwares. i"m running a windows 7 32-bit and i tried malware bits, adware cleaner and hitman pro and i also reset my browsers and deleted the extensions. basically everything here: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/ads-by-saveon-virus/
When i do a scan i see the files of "save on" and it gets cleared but every time i log on, it comes back. please help

Unpack the archive...

• Close any open browsers
• Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program. (If necessary)

• Double click on zoek.exe to run the tool .
