Things have gone from bad to worse! I'm now online via my "retired" xp laptop, because my new laptop (the one choking on Obrona) is no longer able to access the internet, and is getting slower. That means no downloads directly onto it. I'll have to download them here and them move things onto a flash drive, etc. How much does that complicate things? Oh, and at the moment this laptop (the XP) has its own problems--poor performance, etc. I am (so far) able to use the internet (as you can see) but for some reason my web email won't work. I'll be watching this site for your replies, etc. I wonder if maybe I ought to consider cleaning up this laptop first. Whadya think? I'll be up the creek if this one bogs down before I get stuff cleaned up on the new laptop. Sigh. I hate this. Hate Bill Gates.
