Hi Guys,

Pretty simple really.
I downloaded a dodgy file about a month ago and ended up with malware on my pc.
I realised this as my pc was very slow etc.
I then downloaded Malwarebytes and did a full system scan and it detected the threats and quarantined them.
I then obviously used the option on Malwarebytes to delete them from my system, all seemed well!
However, every time I start my PC I get a window popping up wanting to install a program called 'junta'. I cancel this and then malwarebytes will also start up and say it's quarantined Trojan.Dropper (so it obviously hasn't been deleted). I then click delete on malwarebytes but this just happens every time.
Also, my chrome is very buggy. For example on Twitter when I click on Twitter it will to take me to a random account who I follow or something like that.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

Hi Mate,

It seemed to be working at first, but I'm still getting the same problem with the mouse...
The scrolling is a bit dodgy and the left click isn't working correctly still :(
Would really appreciate if you could help!

It's working fine for now!
However I'll give you a final update tomorrow to see if it stays that way :)

Still is doing it mate! I either have to click on something 3 or 4 times for it to work or it will redirect me to the last page I was on as if I'm almost going back. (this mostly happens on sites like Twitter and Facebook). Starting to think if it might not be malware related now mate...

Reinstalled my browser and somehow still getting the same issue
Any other things you think it could be :(
