CAN'T REMOVE V9, EVEN WITH SOFTWARES

Hi,

I still can't remove V9.

I've used Malawarebytes Premium, Adwcleaner, HitmanPro and followed all the instructions, but still can't get rid of V9. I downloaded Farbar Recovery and here are the results attached.

First, go to Control Panel and uninstall following (skip lines that cannot be uninstalled):
- Keyword Optimizer Pro 2

Download attached fixlist.txt on the same location as FRST (otherwise the fix won't work)
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to the operating system

Open FRST, and click Fix. Attach me that report after it is finished.

Hi,

I really appreciate your response with your suggestions.

Fortunately, I solved my problem yesterday. I went to the Users folder and deleted a couple of folders that were added on the same date my problems started, and that solved the issue.

I'll keep your information in case it happens again.
