Apart from the obvious understanding, whenever I see "Improved browser History cleaning", are the "Improvements" noticeable to the end user, or they are background coding changes?

I think improvements based on the code
considering the constant updates of the browsers that require constant functional adaptations by CCleaner and so also the end user gets benefits from this.
