Advice Request CFW local file database

Hi, I need to change the rating of a file, that was sent to my local file database.... where do I find this database, and how do I override the FLS rating?

Go to Settings>File Rating>File List. Search for the program you want to change, right click, then select "Change File Rating To" to make the change.
